I’m looking for inspiration here

Outside under the stars

With a cigarette in my hand

Happiness is so short

It’s so short-lived, as well

So short-lived that 

Even the stars blink faster

I’m looking for inspiration here

I’m lost

In the darkness facing my smokes

Sitting and finding inspiration

Never have I soberly smoked so much

In my life

I feel bad

Why do people do what I do?

Why do people end up where I end up?

Depression and shits they tell

Is that even real?

Or is that just in our heads?

And I fall on to the pavement

My head against the hard ground
